  1. @blog @smallcircles looks good, the only thing that I see as potentially undefined is the ability to invite actors to an event?

    1. @thisismissem @blog @smallcircles Thanks for this hint. The thing is I am not that familiar with how `Invite` is currently used in the context of `Event`. To the best of my knowledge #Friendica and #Hubzilla did not implement anything that is beyond the ActivityPub/ActivityStreams specification. @developers @hubzilla @mkljczk

      1. @linos @blog @smallcircles @developers @hubzilla @mkljczk I honestly have no idea, but I think it'd be pretty cool to be able to send out invites to events to my friends.

          I am not sure what you mean exactly, did you mean sending invites to your friends of events you have created, or other events?

          My mind never took the latter option into account until now 🙂

      2. @linos Just in case, I didn’t get notified that you mentioned me in the edited post, does it work this way on Mastodon?

        @thisismissem @blog @smallcircles

        1. @grishka‘s Smithereen, with its implementation of events as extension of groups that’s incompatible with other implementations, supports Invite{Group}

        2. @mkljczk @blog @linos @thisismissem @smallcircles last I checked Mastodon doesn't generate a notification if you change mentions on an edit either, but it's something I would like Pleroma to do. I started looking into it but didn't make any changes yet

  2. @blog i I'm not at all familiar with codeberg. I tried to create a review. i hope that was somehow a good idea 😉

    @André Menrath @Emelia

    with #hubzilla you can create events like you can see in this channel:

    https://im.allmendenetz.de/channel/gridbasic-one

    https://im.allmendenetz.de/channel/gridbasic-one?f&cat=event

    and you can ask who will is willing to attend

    to the best of my knowledge #Friendica and #Hubzilla did not implement anything that is beyond the ActivityPub/ActivityStreams specification.

    For this kind of questions @Mario Vavti is the one to ask.

    the channel @hubzilla is actually just a testing channel of mine and not at all relevant.
